How will it take for my wine to arrive?

your order will ship from our warehouse in Napa within 2-5 business days of you placing your order. If your order isn't received in 10 business days, please email us at wines@vinopal.co. If the weather is too hot we may hold orders to ensure safe arrival

Can I ship my wine ground mid-July in a heatwave?

The wineries will hold wine in temp controlled conditions until the weather permits. If you need your wine immediately, contact us for ice pack shipping and or overnight shipping options.

How do I return a defective wine?

Just email us at wines@vinopal.co! We do not accept returns of wines, but if you are not satisfied with a bottle for any reason we will replace your bottle or send you something similar in return. We do not accept returns after 45 days

We will refund, credit, or exchange bottles that suffer from the following issues:

A wine that is leaking at the time of delivery.

Wrong vintage, vineyard varietal, etc.)

Any problem that is clearly the fault of the shipper or Vino Pal.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Email us at wines@vinopal.co If the wine is still available, we will send a replacement package. Package insurance always your best policy for protection and options will be available at check out.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! Enter a message in the gift message section at checkout, and we'll send it out. We do not include an invoice when the gift option is selected.

How do I talk to a person?
